AWAKENING COURSE
Everything is Energy. It has been said "Control your own life or someone else will do it for you." Learning about
energy empowers you to control your own space, your own energies and the effects energy has on you. With the tools
taught in these two classes, you can change everything about yourself, your life and how it works.
In Meditation you will learn creative visualization - how to visualize what you want to create and how to energize that
vision. You will learn to create peaceful and harmonious emotions and thoughts. You will learn to open to the Light
and Unconditional Love and use these energies to open and balance your chakras (energy centers) and re-energize
your aura. Meditators have been scientifically proven to have bodies from 5 to 12 years younger than their age.
In Energy Dymanics you will learn to facilitate the spirit's abilities to balance and harmonize its energy bodies such as
the physical, mental, emotional, etheric, astral bodies and to re-empower itself with its own Life Force. Infusing your
aura and body with your own Life Force can reverse dis-ease and promote rejuvenation and regeneration.
- In Part I: Meditation you will learn techniques to:
- Create a sanctuary within yourself where you can be peaceful and safe.
- Increase your "positive" energies and thoughts.

A Course in Transformation will open and increase all your psychic ("soul essence") abilities: clairvoyance (clear
seeing), clairaudience (hearing energy), telepathy (sending and receiving thoughts), clairsentience (sensing others'
emotions), psychometry (sensing energy by touch) and other natural spiritual abilities. It will also increase your
receptiveness to your Spirit Guides' and Angels' guidance.
By learning to increase your intuition and other natural spiritual abilities, this course clears and opens the heart and

- We are Spirit expressing some of our energies onto the physical plane, and we are here to bring Light into matter.
Before our energy becomes matter, we step it down through many levels of energy bodies - the monadic, buddhic,
astral, etheric, etc. When we begin meditating we open and energize energy centers called "chakras" (a Sanskrit
word meaning wheels of light or energy), and these centers begin to spin and release old energy patterns, allowing our
higher energies and our Life Forces to begin to flow down through the various energy bodies and into the physical
body.
- When these energies flow into the body, the Higher Selves begin to manifest in the physical body. Spirit or Soul
begins to become conscious of its purpose on the Earth and begins to yearn to express this purpose. When our
physical, etheric and astral bodies are clear and flowing enough to hold the Higher Light, the Light of Unconditional
Love from the Source of all Life, it is time to open the centers (beyond the chakras) in the higher bodies and to bring
higher, finer, more beautiful and joyous frequencies of our Light into matter. This is done by Awakening The Light
Body.
You can use the processes taught in this course to release old, limiting programming, beliefs and patterns from the
emotional, mental and physical bodies at extremely deep levels - both from this lifetime and previous lives. Since we
are comprised of emotional and mental patterns and beliefs, not only from this lifetime but from previous ones, this
can cause very rapid spiritual growth and expansion and can be emotionally and mentally challenging. Because of
this challenge, acceptance into the course requires experience in meditation, handling personal growth issues and a
strong commitment to following your spiritual path.
Since we are magnetic to life experiences which mirror back to us our own thoughts, feelings and beliefs, using these
processes can assist you to use your thoughts to express a more beautiful, joyful reality and to be more focused,
mentally alert, and physically vibrant. As you bring in higher frequencies of Light and gain a stronger connection to
your Higher Self, the Higher Will and the Universal Source, your heart center opens and you can become magnetic to
more abundance, life opportunities and loving relationships.
Because of the increase in spiritual empowerment and responsibility which occurs as a result of this course,
acceptance into the course requires some experience in handling spiritual growth issues and a strong commitment to
your spiritual path; a reverence for all life force and a willingness to live in joy and unconditional love; and to release
