Reiki  I

Combining Hawaiian Huna practices with Reiki healing modalities and Light Body illumination techniques
increases the power of Reiki exponentially.

Definition of a “Healer”: Healer does not mean “fixer” as in “I am here to fix or take on your problem”.
Healer means “Giver of Compassion”. Hawaiian’s have a wonderful description of what their KaHunas do
as healing. It is called “Ho’oPonoPono” which is “to bring back into balance” or to “put right”. Healers act
as facilitators of the flow of Life Force, Compassion and Unconditional Love.  They accomplish this with
Intent. They choose to “See” the recipient as a radiant whole being, which allows the being to remember
who they really are.

First, Second, Third Degrees, Master and Master Teacher training.
Reiki means "Life Force" energy. Reiki is literally a connection with the highest form of
Unconditional Love and Light from Source (God/dess). Its practice by other names
can be traced back through Japan and China to the Tibetan sutras. It can also be
traced beyond Tibet into the past to the beginnings of humanity thousands of years
before Christianity or organized religions.
Reiki is spirituality in action, not religion.  It makes no difference what religion you
practice nor what your beliefs about God/dess are, nor who or what the God/dess of
your heart is. Reiki works outside of religious beliefs.

Students are attuned to the energy, the symbols, and the Reiki soul group by a Reiki Master, and are trained
to facilitate their client's own ability to reclaim their Life Force and to heal and change. The Reiki Soul group
dedicates themselves to giving and receiving Reiki as their Life Purpose and Service for the Greatest Good.
They turn over responsibility for determining the Greatest Good to the Higher Power/Source.
Reiki gently returns the recipient’s energy to the natural state of Balance and Grace. The recipient chooses
whether to remain in that state and allow the healing of body, mind and spirit or to return to their challenges.
Either choice is perfect for that person. The client is in charge of the session and receives as much healing
or Life Force as they wish. Practitioners make no judgments or decisions concerning the recipient’s
receiving or use of the energy.
The practitioner receives healing and rejuvenation of their own Life Force during the session.
     
Attuned students may practice their skills at the side of the Master Teacher at the following:
Free Reiki and Healing Imagery Session for cancer patients. This session teaches body/mind/spirit
meditation to empower the person to reconnect with their own innate healing abilities and to facilitate their
own wellness.
"Sanctuary" Reiki Healing Circle - Supporting the Spirit’s ability to create radiant health and well being.  
Focusing on those with cancer and auto-immune diseases, and their care givers. Guests with other
challenges welcome.
Reiki Healing Circles and Reiki Shares—as part of the Reiki practitioner agreement, students dedicate
and donate their services at all Reiki Circles whenever possible.
Beginning classes. Students may assist in the class set up (chairs, check in, etc.) and sit in and hold the
energy for the beginning students.
In-Hospital or In-Hospice Reiki healing for patients available upon request.
